I have almost ten years’ experience in the finance industry, building a successful career with Heartland Bank before joining CrediFlex in 2018. With valuable experience on both sides of the fence, I am able to understand the wants of business owners and the lenders’ requirements and their corresponding risk appetites. This places me in an excellent position to match the best lending outcomes to my clients financial objectives.
Growing up on a dairy farm in South Auckland, I’ve always been a ‘doer’ – just like my clients. When I am asked to find a funding solution for plant and equipment, working capital or motor vehicle finance, I understand the ‘doing’ behind the asset.
Outside of work, I love playing and watching sport, particularly golf, hockey, cricket and both rugby codes. While friends, family, and my new wife (!) are most important to me, I’m not ashamed to admit I think about fishing daily and I head out on my fishing kayak as often as I can. I’m still chasing the elusive 20lb snapper, but my PB is pretty close at 19lb 14oz. And if we’re having a chat over a cold beer, remind me to tell you about the time I fluked a hole in one!
